5.Can the removable battery be secured and locked on the bike?
Yes. With a lock and key, that is possible. Unlock the battery and take it on the go. Charge it in the office or at home.
6.Can I use it during rainy days?Yes,
our ebikes are IP4 waterproof. You can ride our HOVSCO bikes in the rain or through a puddle. Do take note that we do not recommend riding during heavy rain due to safety reasons. Also, do not use high-pressured jets to clean the bike. This is to avoid damaging the electrical components.
7.Does it include a throttle?
Yes, a throttle is included and installed.
8.How do you charge the E-bike?
You may charge the bike directly through the included power cable or remove the battery and take it home to charge.
9.Would I have to inflate the tires before my first ride?
Yes. As the bikes have been stored, it will be advisable to inflate to your desired hardness.
10.Do I need any special tools to assemble the bike or does it come with everything I need?
Yes. The package comes with the necessary tools to assemble the bike. It will be effortless and straightforward.
11.Is this ebike suitable for my height and weight?
Recommended rider height is 4'11"-6'3" and maximum payload is 300 lbs.

Atleast this is repairable. My sons bike the throttle is hard wired to the controller and "non-replaceable"

I’ve been really happy with this scooter so far. Once we got it put together, it immediately felt sturdier and more powerful than I expected. It actually took two of us to assemble everything comfortably, mostly because of the size and weight, so keep that in mind when it arrives.The speed is no joke either. It has no problem reaching the speeds listed and definitely feels fast once you get going, especially if you’re used to smaller scooters. I’d absolutely recommend taking it slow at first and wearing safety gear until you get comfortable with it. The fat tires help it feel more stable and smoother over rough spots compared to smaller tire scooters.I also really like having the seat and basket because it makes it feel more practical for everyday use instead of just a toy. The removable battery is convenient too and I appreciate not having to drag the whole scooter around just to charge it.So far it’s been a lot of fun, feels solid, and has matched the performance it advertised. Very happy with it overall.
The product was exactly as advertised and no missing parts. Assembly was very on point with the instructions given and all the necessary tools were included. Once assembled and taken out for a ride the product performed just as advertised.
